In Rome that word is a shrug: who cares, so what. Further north it sometimes means wow. This site means the Roman one.

stickatsee is spelled that way on purpose, so someone who does not speak Italian can pronounce sticazzi. The shrug is pointed at my own apps.

I developed them for my own use, to cover my own needs. I publish them in case they are useful to somebody else. Better ones exist.
