Private Receipts

Work-trip expenses on the iPhone: a form, a file, a screenshot, or a photo. You confirm the draft. The files sit in your iCloud Drive so the claim can be filled on a Mac.

• Add by typing, or attach an image or PDF. A photo or screenshot can be read on the iPhone.
• One folder per trip in iCloud Drive, under Private Receipts. There is no stickatsee account.
• Export writes the claim spreadsheet, a CSV, numbered receipt copies, and a short summary on the device.

Data

The expense fields you confirm, and any receipt file, stay in that iCloud Drive folder. Apple syncs it to your other devices.

This developer does not receive the receipts.

If you allow location, one GPS fix suggests the country and is not stored.

Receipt reading stays on the iPhone while Local AI only is on, which is the default.
